The story so far
I'm a Technical Architect at Salesforce India with 14+ years building enterprise solutions across retail, healthcare, manufacturing, and technology. My career has taken me from PTC and Capgemini through Persistent Systems, Nuance, Salesforce, Google, and back to Salesforce — each stop adding a layer of hard-won perspective on what scale actually demands.
At Google, I helped architect one of the company's largest Salesforce implementations, driving AI adoption strategy as part of the Salesforce COE's AI Initiative team and bridging emerging capabilities with real organisational requirements.
Today I'm focused on Agentforce and agentic AI — autonomous agents designed to work reliably in production, not just in demos. I hold 18 Salesforce certifications including the full Architect stack, Agentforce Legend, and Data Cloud Consultant.
